Open letter to the peoples of Spain, Italy, France, United Kingdom, the United States of America, Russia, Sweden and to some fractions of the respective peoples of Democratic Republic of Kongo, Denmark, People’s Republic of China and the Ukraine.

Dear Peoples of Spain, Italy, France, United Kingdom, the United States of America, Russia, Sweden, and some fractions of the respective peoples of Democratic Republic of Kongo, Denmark, People’s Republic of China and the Ukraine.

Please stop shouting outside my window.

I am writing to you as a People to express my uttermost concern on behalf of myself and the peace loving People of Pohjoinen Rautatienkatu 29. We are a not a warful tribe, but we cannot ignore your continuing aggressions much longer.

The condition of having the representatives of your respective nations shouting profanity (often intoxicated) under the peaceful and tranquile windows of our nations has got to stop. We cannot but to interpret this continuing aggression as a form of passive warfare, and it will so persecuted. The people of Pohjoinen Rautatienkatu 29 have been suffering under your yoke long enough.

Thanks to the Representavies of your peoples, we now know that living in matrimony, cohabitation or any other kind of relationship is hard (and especially so at night in a foreign country, it seems) no matter what the language. There is no need for your Representatives to repeat this message. We know now the proper pronounciation of “Back off, bitch” and “Come back, you’re not walking away like that” in languages numerous enough to convey this message to the raging majority of all human beings (and some species of animals, it seems) on the face of this planet.

As friends of multicultural discourse, and of peaceful ways of life, we regret to inform you via this commincae that if this latent form of terrorism, reaching its peak every August, does not stop, we have no other possible courses of action available to us but to retaliate.

We do not wish to elaborate on the means of retaliation available to us, but merely hint at the faith of the Peoples of Tallinn, Las Palmas, Rhodos and to some extent Stockholm. Trust us, you have not even seen the power of true drunk shouting at night.
